Itinerary
Kuala Lumpur - Malacca - Kuala Lumpur - Taman Negara - Cameron Highlands - Penang - Ipoh - Penang - Batu Ferringghi (Penang) - Kuala Lumpur - Penang

Day 1 : Visit of Malacca

Arrival at Kuala Lumpur, reception and departure to Malacca, located around a 2H30 road from Kuala Lumpur. Discovery of this old Dutch, Portuguese, English and Japanese counter : the Dutch Square with its "stadhuis" or City House brick-colored, the Christ Church, the clock tower and the Queen Victoria fountain. The discovery continues with the oldest Chinese temple of Malaysia "Cheng Hoon Teng", built in 1645. Visit of the ruins of the Portuguese colonisation, the "Porta de Santiago" and the old fortress "A Famosa", founded in 1511, the remains of the church "Saint Paul" where was resting Saint François Xavier before being deported to Goa.
Meal and free time to walk in the main street of Malacca "Jonker Street" and go to shopping in the numerous antiquity and souvenir shops. Transfer to the hotel and free evening.

Day 2 : Transfer to Kuala Lumpur

Visit of the city and transfer to Kuala Lumpur.

Day 3 : Visit of Kuala Lumpur

Departure to visit the inevitable places of Kuala Lumpur. Discovery of this fascinating city, subtle mix of old and modern : the Royal palace, the Independance place, the National museum, the National monument, the Petronas towers, visit of Chinatown and Little India. You will enjoy the atmosphere of the Malay quarter. Transfer to your hotel.


Day 4 : Travel & visit of Taman Negara

Departure on the morning to Taman Negara. Taman Negara is one of the oldest wet forest of the world, aged of around 130 million years. The lushness and diversity of nature here are phenomenal, making one of the most complex and richest ecosystems on Earth.
Arrival at the Park, transfer by boat (around 3 hours), transfer to the Mutiara Taman Negara National Park Resort***, around 19.00 dinner at the hotel, and then little trip inside the jungle.

Day 5 : Jungle & towns

After the breakfast, departure by boat for the Canopy Walk, lunch at the Mawar Floating Restaurant, then new departure by boat through the rapids and visit of the Orange Asli Village. Return to your hotel and dinner.


Day 6 : Cruise & night safari

After the breakfast, travel by boat to visit Lata Berkoh. Then return to the hotel, dinner and, around 20H30, night safari in the jungle.


Day 7 : Mountain landscapes

Departure for the mountain landscapes and the tea plants (4H30). Stop during the way to the Batu caves to discover the biggest hindu temple out of India, pictures in front of the Lata Iskandar waterfall and visit of the little towns of the Orang Asli tribes. Arrival at your hotel and free time the rest of the day to relax. Night at the hotel.

Day 8 : Transfer to Penang

Departure from Caron Highlands to Penang, called the Pearl of Orient. Going through Ipoh to discover the Kok Lok Tong temple, built inside the rock and through Kuala Kangsar for an overview of the Ubudiah mosquee and the Royal Palace. Crossing one of the longest bridge of South-East Asia linking Penang to the Malay Peninsula. Arrival at your hotel and free time for the rest of the day.

Day 9 : Visit of Penang

Visit of the main sites of Georgetown, capital of Penang, historical city of the World Heritage of the UNESCO : Fort Cornwallis built in 1808, the Harmony street which gathers a church, a chinese temple, a mosquee and an hindu temple, the State museum and the Thai temple "Chayamangkalaram, hosting one of the biggest laying Buddha of Malaysia.
Return to your hotel.


Day 10 : Beaches

Transfer to your beachfront hotel.

Day 12 : Departure

Departure from your hotel to the airport of Penang, then flight to Kuala Lumpur.
